Terms and Conditions for Yodel Labs Apps

Effective date: March 1, 2026

Apps covered: Lingua Match and other Yodel Labs apps unless app-specific terms state otherwise.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Yodel Labs mobile applications (the "Apps").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using an App covered by these Terms, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Apps.

2. License

Yodel Labs grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Apps for personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract source code except where permitted by law.
• Use an App for unlawful, harmful, or abusive activity.
• Interfere with or disrupt an App or related systems.

4. Intellectual Property

The Apps, including software, design, text, graphics, and trademarks, are owned by Yodel Labs or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

5. App Availability and Updates

We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Apps at any time, including features and compatibility. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

6. Third-Party App Stores

If you downloaded an App from a third-party app store, your use may also be subject to that store's terms. Yodel Labs is responsible for the Apps, not the app store operator.

7. Disclaimer

The Apps are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yodel Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Apps.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to an App if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Apps at any time.

10. Privacy

Your use of the Apps is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws in your operating jurisdiction, unless local consumer protection laws require otherwise.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.

13. App-Specific Terms

If a future Yodel Labs app requires different terms, we will publish an app-specific terms section or a separate app-specific terms page.
