Privacy Policy for Yodel Labs Apps

Apps covered: Lingua Match and other Yodel Labs apps unless an app-specific notice states otherwise.

This Privacy Policy explains how Yodel Labs handles information for its mobile applications (the "Apps"). We do not provide user accounts and do not directly collect personal information through normal in-app usage.

1. No User Accounts and No Direct Personal Data Collection

We do not require account registration. We do not collect, track, store, or sell your personal information through normal use of the Apps.

2. Purchases Through App Stores

Purchases and subscriptions are handled through the Apple App Store or Google Play. We do not collect or store your payment card details. App stores may process limited purchase-related data under their own privacy policies.

3. No Analytics or Advertising Tracking

We do not use third-party analytics trackers, advertising identifiers, or behavioral profiling tools for the Apps covered by this policy.

4. Local Device Data

An App may store limited non-personal settings locally on your device (for example app preferences) so it can function properly. This local data is not transmitted to Yodel Labs.

5. Data Sharing

We do not share your personal information for marketing or advertising. Purchase handling relies on the app stores as described above.

6. Contact Communications

If you contact us by email, we will receive the information you include in that message (such as your email address and message content) and use it only to respond and provide support.

7. Children’s Privacy

The Apps are intended for a general audience. Since we do not collect personal data directly through the Apps, we do not knowingly maintain personal data from children in our own app systems.

8. App-Specific Privacy Notices

If a future Yodel Labs app has different data practices, we will publish an app-specific privacy section or a separate app-specific privacy page.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
